In general all purchases are non-refundable. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details. However if you purchased a subscription we provide a full refund to your method of payment provided that you have used less than 1/10th of the included subscription volume and that you have request a full refund via email ([email protected]) within 72 hours since you subscribed. The full refund is available for any first time subscriber (i.e. you have not subscribed to any paid product within a trailing twelve month period) and does not apply to automatic renewals.

No - we do not use OpenAI at this point.
We typically delete all models and your personal information after each run. We do NOT store them or share them with third parties. You can unsubscribe and delete any remaining personal information in your account.
We run all our own models on our own fleet of GPUs in the cloud.
